HERO MOTORS COMPANY

Hero Motors Company (HMC), is a group of organizations such as Hero Cycles Ltd., Firefox, Avocet Sports (UK), BSH (Sri Lanka), Spur, HGD, Hero Motors, Munjal Hospitality, Munjal Kiriu, ZF Hero and OMA controlled by Pankaj M Munjal.

HAIMA

Haima Automobile Co., Ltd., trading as Haima, is a Chinese automotive manufacturing company based in Haikou, Hainan and a subsidiary of FAW Group. Its principal activity is production of passenger cars for other companies.

Haima was founded in 1992 as a joint venture between the Hainan provincial government and Mazda to produce Mazda models for sale in China. In 2006, FAW acquired Mazda's share of the venture, although many Haima models still incorporate Mazda technology.

As of 2012 Haima had an annual production capacity of approximately 400,000 vehicles. A total of 157,242 Haima passenger cars were sold in China in 2013, making it the 28th largest-selling car brand in the country in that year (and the 12th largest-selling Chinese brand).

HYUNDAI MOTOR

Hyundai Motor India Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor Company headquartered in South Korea. It is the second largest automobile manufacturer with 16.2% market share as of February 2019 and US$5.5 billion turn-over in India.

Hyundai Santro Xing (first generation) was manufactured only by Hyundai Motor India Limited.

Hyundai Motor India Limited was formed on 6 May 1996 by the Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea. When Hyundai Motor Company entered the Indian Automobile Market in 1996 the Hyundai brand was almost unknown throughout India.

Hero Electric Vehicles Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 31 July 2010. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Its authorized share capital is Rs. 435,000,000 and its paid up capital is Rs. 316,310,144. It is inolved in Manufacture of bodies (coach work) for motor vehicles; manufacture of trailers and semi-trailers.

Hero Electric Vehicles Private Limited's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held on 29 September 2018 and as per records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), its balance sheet was last filed on 31 March 2018.

KIA MOTORS

Kia Motors Corporation, commonly known as Kia Motors. Established in 2019 with the main aim to create scooters that enhances mobility but at the same time does not leave much carbon footprint, we at M2GO have successfully produced world-class electric scooters. MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA

Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited (MTWL), is a Mahindra and Mahindra group venture, owned by M&M Limited. The Group entered the Indian two wheeler industry in 2008, their range of scooters and motorcycles offer styling, solid performance, great mileage and superior ride quality on tough Indian roads.

Mahindra have their research and development center at Pune. However, all their products are manufactured at their state-of-the-art unit in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Mahindra Two Wheelers has a strong vendor network spread across India with more than 400 dealers creating over 1300 touch points.

MARUTI SUZUKI

Maruti Suzuki India Limited, formerly known as Maruti Udyog Limited, is an automobile manufacturer in India. It is a 56.21% owned subsidiary of the Japanese car and motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki Motor Corporation. As of July 2018, it had a market share of 53% of the Indian passenger car market. Maruti Suzuki manufactures and sells popular cars such as the Ciaz, Ertiga, Wagon R, Alto K10 and Alto 800, Swift, Celerio, Swift Dzire, Baleno and Baleno RS, Omni, baleno, Eeco, Ignis, S-Cross, Vitara Brezza and newly launched S-Presso small SUV. The company is headquartered at New Delhi. In May 2015, the company produced its fifteen millionth vehicle in India, a Swift Dzire.

MERCEDES-BENZ

Mercedes-Benz India Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the German Daimler AG founded in 1994, with headquarters in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. designs, manufactures, imports, and sells passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and auto components. The Company provides cars with petrol and diesel engines, buses, parts and accessories, as well as apparel and accessories. Mercedes-Benz extends its services throughout the world.

MG MOTOR

MG Motor India, often stylized as Morris Garages, is the Indian subsidiary of Chinese automotive giant SAIC Motor Corporation Limited. The subsidiary was setup in the year 2017 however, only began its sales & manufacturing operations in 2019. MG Motor India currently has a network of over 65 showrooms across 50 cities in the country.

OKINAWA AUTOTECH

Okinawa Autotech Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% Indian electric two wheeler manufacturing company that was established in 2015 with a mission to create two wheelers that can drive our present towards a sustainable future.

OLECTRA GREENTECH

Olectra Greentech Ltd (Formerly Goldstone Infratech Ltd) is the market leader in manufacturing of Silicon rubber polymer composite insulators in India, With this Endeavour Goldstone has been a part of building the Power Transmission and distribution in India.

OSM

Omega Seiki Private Limited is a member of the Anglian Omega Network. Omega Seiki focus on manufacturing cold-forming parts of the automotive & rail industries in India & abroad. The group has since expanded and diversified into Auto Components & Electric Vehicles. They are launching Electric 3-wheeler Cargo versions Singha & Singha Max. These are their in-house designed vehicles powered by a Li-Ion battery pack both in fixed and swappable options. With a 100 km range on single charge with a capacity of 500 kg cargo.

PIAGGIO VEHICLES

Piaggio & C. SpA is an Italian motor vehicle manufacturer, which produces a range of two-wheeled motor vehicles and compact commercial vehicles under seven brands: Piaggio, Vespa, Gilera, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Derbi, and Scarabeo. Its corporate headquarters are located in Pontedera, Italy. The company was founded by Rinaldo Piaggio in 1884, initially producing locomotives and railway carriages.

Piaggio's subsidiaries employ a total of 7,053 employees and produced a total of 519,700 vehicles in 2014. The manufacturer has six research-and-development centers and operates in over 50 countries.

RENAULT

Renault India Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Renault S.A., France and currently offers five models in the Indian market: the SUV Duster, the compact MPV Lodgy and Triber, budget car Kwid and the latest crossover Captur. Renault India also exports the Duster to a growing number of right-hand drive markets.

Renault cars are manufactured at the manufacturing facility located in Oragadam, Chennai, with a capacity of 480,000 units pa with 3 shifts per day.

RAPTEE

Certain questions have the power to create formidable ideas, and we at Raptee, are here today because of one such exciting question which forced us to step out of our construct and build something great. SKODA AUTO

Škoda Auto India Pvt Ltd. has been operating in India since November 2001 as a subsidiary of Škoda Auto, one of the fastest growing car manufacturers in Europe. It has set up a modern manufacturing facility in Shendra near Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The facility is spread across 300,000 m2. The company has a network of 131 outlets across the country.

On 7 October 2019, Volkswagen Group India announced the merger of its three Indian subsidiaries including ŠKODA Auto India Pvt Ltd into a new entity named Škoda Auto Volkswagen India with headquarters at Pune.

SML ISUZU

SML Isuzu Limited (SMLI) is a commercial vehicle manufacturer established in 1983. SMLI produces and sells buses, ambulances and customized vehicles. Sumitomo Corporation and Isuzu Motors hold a 44% and 15% stake of the company respectively.

The company manufactures light commercial vehicles like trucks, buses, ambulances, police personnel carriers, water tankers and special vehicles. It exports its products to countries like Nepal, Zambia, Bangladesh, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Seychelles, Syria, Jordan.

SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE

Suzuki Motorcycle India, Private Limited (SMI) is the wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Suzuki, Japan. It was the third Suzuki automotive venture in India, after TVS Suzuki (1982-2001) and Maruti Suzuki (1982). In 1982, the joint-venture between Suzuki Motor Corporation and TVS Motor Company incorporated and started production of two wheelers in India. In 2001, after separating ways with TVS motor company, the company was re-entered as Suzuki Motorcycle India, Private Limited (SMI), in 2006. The company has set up a manufacturing facility at Gurgaon, Haryana with an annual capacity of 5,40,000 units.

SEGWAY

The Segway is a two-wheeled, self-balancing personal transporter manufactured by Segway Inc. It was invented by Dean Kamen and brought to market in 2001. HT is an initialism for “human transporter” and PT for personal transporter

The Segway PT (referred to at the time as the Segway HT) was developed from the self-balancing iBOT wheelchair which was initially developed at University of Plymouth, in conjunction with BAE Systems and Sumitomo Precision Products. Segway's first patent was filed in 1994 and granted in 1997 followed by others including one submitted in June 1999 and granted in October 2001.

SCOOTERS INDIA

Incorporated in 1972, Scooters India Limited is an ISO 9001:2000 Company, situated at 16 Km mile stone, South-west of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh on NH No 25 and is well connected by road, rail and air.

SIL is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing a broad spectrum of conventional and non-conventional fuel driven 3-wheelers.

Company's plant owes its origin to M/s. Innocenti of Italy from which it bought over the plant and machinery, design, documentation, copyright etc. The company also possesses the world right of the trade name LAMBRETTA / LAMBRO.

SEHGAL ELMOTO

Sehgal Elmoto Ltd started its operations in the year 2014. It is engaged in production of electric mopeds – tiny hybrid version of a conventional motorcycle and a bicycle. The vehicles are branded as Simpel. The e-moped is currently available in three models – starting with the base versions AYS 16 & AYS 20, which are scootrettes and the top end Simpel E250 – an e-moped.

TATA MOTORS

Tata Motors Limited, formerly Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company (TELCO), is an Indian multinational automotive manufacturing company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is a part of Tata Group, an Indian conglomerate. Its products include passenger cars, trucks, vans, coaches, buses, sports cars, construction equipment and military vehicles.

Tata Motors has auto manufacturing and assembly plants in Jamshedpur, Pantnagar, Lucknow, Sanand, Dharwad, and Pune in India, as well as in Argentina, South Africa, Great Britain, and Thailand. It has research and development centres in Pune, Jamshedpur, Lucknow, and Dharwad, India and South Korea, Great Britain, and Spain. Tata Motors' principal subsidiaries purchased the English premium car maker Jaguar Land Rover (the maker of Jaguar and Land Rover cars) and the South Korean commercial vehicle manufacturer Tata Daewoo.

VOLKSWAGEN

Volkswagen AG, known internationally as the Volkswagen Group, is a German multinational automotive manufacturing company headquartered in Wolfsburg, Lower Saxony, Germany and indirectly majority owned by Austrian Porsche and Piëch families. It designs, manufactures and distributes passenger and commercial vehicles, motorcycles, engines, and turbomachinery and offers related services including financing, leasing and fleet management. In 2016, it was the world's largest automaker by sales, overtaking Toyota and keeping this title in 2017 and 2018, selling 10.8 million vehicles. It has maintained the largest market share in Europe for over two decades. It ranked seventh in the 2018 Fortune Global 500 list of the world's largest companies.

VESPA

Vespa is an Italian brand of scooter manufactured by Piaggio. The name means wasp in Italian. The Vespa has evolved from a single model motor scooter manufactured in 1946 by Piaggio & Co. S.p.A. of Pontedera, Italy to a full line of scooters and one of seven companies today owned by Piaggio.

From their inception, Vespa scooters have been known for their painted, pressed steel unibody which combines, in a unified structural unit, a complete cowling for the engine (enclosing the engine mechanism and concealing dirt or grease), a flat floorboard (providing foot protection), and a prominent front fairing (providing wind protection).
